We are prepared to deal with anything as small as a leaking tap to upgrading your hot, cold and central heating water/gas systems. Our vans are fully stocked with commonly used parts for boiler repairs and servicing.
All products and materials we use are carefully sourced for proven quality and we guarantee all repairs. We follow costing guides and maintain fully stocked vans to ensure your problem is resolved quickly at the right price.
We put a lot of emphasis on ensuring all health and safety procedures are adhered to. And to ensure that property and life is at the top of our priority list always leaving the job clean and tidy.

Following the government guidelines, we are permitted to operate.
Plumbing, heating and gas engineers are considered as Key Workers and therefore we continue to provide essential services.
Safety procedures are in place to ensure we mitigate the risks as much as possible and this includes the following in between appointments -
- Before each appointment checking if there is any known exposure or illness. If any concerns are raised we will not be able to attend the property until any risk of infection has been alleviated.
- All supplies are preordered on a click and collect basis, we are not permitted to enter suppliers. Our suppliers are taking all precautions to ensure they are able to maintain a continuity of supplies safely.
- Using Hand sanitiser.
- Wearing boot covers disposed of at the end of each visit.
- Exercising social distancing where possible.
- Minimising contact with the customers property.
- Ventilating areas where working in confined spaces.

We are G3 certified and therefore all work we carry out is in compliance with industry standard requirements. Our services include repairs , servicing and installations on most makes and models. Knowing your type of system - Unvented cylinders can be either indirect or direct. You can determine this on whether or not you have an additional heat source indirectly heating the cylinder store of hot water. Or directly heated via immersion. Direct types can also be setup up on an ‘economy 7’ tariff for ‘Off Peak’ and ‘On Peak’ rates with your energy supplier. This can be heated via ‘air source heat’, gas / oil and electrical boilers in combination with renewable energy appliances and systems. In most existing residential homes natural gas is the most commonly used.
